Return & Exchange Policy

At Kanha Collection (KCU), we ensure that every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch. However, in case you receive a damaged product or an incorrect size, we are here to help.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

1. Opening Video is Mandatory
• An unedited opening video of the package from start to finish is compulsory
for any return, refund, or exchange request.
• The video must clearly show:
 The sealed package before opening
 The product received
 Any visible damage or incorrect size

2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Return or exchange will be accepted only if:
• The product is damaged upon delivery, or
• An incorrect size has been sent by us

3. Non-Eligibility
We do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Dislike of the product
• Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
• Damage caused due to improper handling or misuse

Process for Return or Exchange

1) Share the opening video on our WhatsApp number and contact us there for
assistance.
2) The video and request must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.
3) After verification, our team will guide you through the return or exchange process.
4) Final processing will be done only after the parcel is received at our end.

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and verified by our team.
• The refund will be processed as per our internal verification and approval.
